Provide outpatient assessment and counseling services for substance
abuse treatment services for male and female Federal offenders in the
Miami, Florida area, held under the authority of various United States
Statutes. A firm-fixed price requirements type contract with a one
year base and four one year options is anticipated. Period of
performance for the base year is October 1, 2000 through September 30,
2001. The base year and the four options shall include services for 48
inmates as follows: one intake assessment; 48/30-minute individual
counseling sessions per inmate; 48/30-minute group counseling sessions;
and 12/30-miunte family sessions per six inmates. All services shall be
performed in accordance with the Statement of Work entitled
"Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT), dated November 16, 1999.
Proper licensing in the State of Florida is required. The estimated
issue date is July 19, 2000. Estimated closing date is August 19, 2000.
