The contractor will provide all personnel, maintenance management services, technical support, hardware, software, user training, equipment, material, parts, tools, labor and other items and services to maintain, repair, install/modify intrusion detection alarm system, and return a system or component to full operating condition 24 hours per day, 365 days per year for an estimated 38 buildings, with approximate 61 locations at Andrews Air Force Base. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. The applicable SIC Code is 7382. The period of performance will be a one-year basic period with three one-year option periods. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation, notices and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloaded on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.eps.gov.
