rework/repair/overhaul and/or modification of servocylinders, pitch and
roll trim assemblies for the HH-60J aircraft in accordance with the OEM
Specifications. The USCG intends to award a firm fixed price contract
to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, the Original Equipment Manufacturer
(OEM) and only known PICA certified source for the following: 4 each
Servocylinders, P/N: 70410-22910-045, NSN 6615-01-158-5985, 4 each roll
trim assemblies, P/N: 70410-22760-050, NSN: 6615-01-158-5986;4 each
pitch trim assemblies, P/N: 70410-22760-051; NSN: 6615-01-158-5987.
Reworked components shall be shipped to U.S. Coast Guard, Aircraft
Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City, North Carolina, 27909-5001.
The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it supply the OEM repair data.
All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be
considered by the agency. Solicitation release date is anticipated to
be 07 August 2000, and proposal must be received by 07 September 2000,
3:00 p.m. (EST). Request for solicitation must be in writing,
telefaxed requests may be submitted to (252) 335-6790. Telephone
requests will not be honored. See Numbered Note 22 and 26. ATTENTION:

The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short Term Lending Program
(STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of credit to
finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
Maximum line of credit is $500,000.00 with interest at the prime rate.
