The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, P.O. Box 748, Fort Worth, Texas, 76101 for hardware and software design, code, testing, technical support, and total systems integration for the Multiple Source Correlation System. The resulting contract will be a delivery order vehicle with a five year period of performance. Lockheed Martin Aeronautics (LM Aero) is the prime contractor for the Multiple Source Correlation System (MSCS) under Warner Robins USAF contract number F09604-97-C-0025, and has developed the system software, hardware and performed all aspects of system integration. Due to the urgent need to operate in a joint environment, and the possibility of being assigned the Joint Forces Air Control Coordinator (JFACC), a Joint Interoperability Tactical Certification (JITC) certification has been scheduled for July of 2001. LM Aero is the only known contractor who can provide the services to meet the required schedule.
