This acquisition is for all technical services (CLIN 0001), software, firmware, hardware (CLIN 0002), data/documentation updates (CLIN 0003), familiarization, travel (CLIN 0004) and phone/e-mail technical support of WR-ALC/LN's Computer, Tester, Analyzer, Controller (C-TAC) systems. C-TACs are used in the development of Operational Flight Programs for ALQ-135 (USAF and RSAF), ALQ-155, and ALQ-172. Services will be negotiated for a Basic 15-month period and three 1-year options. This agency's minimum needs can only be satisfied by the unique services available from ITCN, INC., 8571 Gander Creek Dr., Miamisburg, OH 45342. 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) applies.
