Paces Ferry Rd, #508, Atlanta, GA 30327 to provide technical support services to the Army Velocity Management (VM) team, CASCOM,Fort Lee, VA. The contractor will use the Gap Analysis methodology to compare the Army's supply chain mgmt process with the commercial sector and provide a report to the Government. Specifically, the analysis will focus on customer response; warehouse mgmt, inventory planning, transportation and supply. Additionally, the contractor shall analyze the Army's Logistics Information (LIS) architecture as it pertains to planning and execution. LIS analysis will include warehouse, mgmt, systems; customer response systems; inventory mgt systems, transportation mgmt, planning systems and supply planning systems. This action is being processed in accorance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. Simplied acquisiton process will be used.
