The Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is seeking a contractor to maintain a database consisting of 60 constituency group files (source codes) containing approximately 15,000 name and address records. The BOP is interested in purchasing data entry and data processing services ONLY. All lettershop (affixing of lables and mailing) needs are supplied through existing Government sources and contracts. Contractors desiring consideration shall submit request for solicitation in WRITING no later than 10 days after the date of this synopsis (TELEPHONIC REQUEST WILL NOT BE EXCEPTED). The Government intends to make a single award to a contractor whose proposal offers the greates value to the Government in the terms of price, and other factors considered. Reviews will be conducted at the Federal Bureau of Prisons, 320 First Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. This requirement will be a 100% small business set-aside.
