TEN CITY TOUR 2000 The U.S. General Services Administration's (GSA) Office of Enterprise Development in collaboration with the Federal Supply Service is sponsoring a "Ten City Tour 2000" particularly for women-owned small businesses interested in becoming FSS Schedules Contract holders. The Federal Supply Schedules Program is a $10.5 billion program and currently has more than 7,000 schedule contract holders. Our tour objective is to increase the participation of women business owners and specifically use this outreach event as a means of meeting and exceeding the Administration's 5 percent goal establihsed for women entrepreneurs. Small, minority, 8(a), HUBZone and veteran-owned businesses will find these tour briefings instructive also, and they are welcome. The tour will be held on July 24, 2000, in Anchorage, Alaska, at the Hilton Anchorage, 500 W. Third Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501. This half day workshop will begin with registration from 8:00-8:30a.m. GSA experts will provide detailed information to attendees on how to prepare a quality Schedules offer.
