R -- NOTICE: BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS AGAINST GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION SCHEDULES FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES (PES) IN SUPPORT OF THE JOINT INFORMATION OPERATIONS COMMAND (JIOC) Notice The government is contemplating establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) against the General Services Administration (GSA) schedules for Professional Engineering Services (PES) in order to support Joint Information Operations Command (JIOC) mission support requirements. We are seeking those contractors who already have GSA schedules which will enable JIOC to execute their respective mission support. Specifically, we are seeking those contractors who can provide broad based Information Operations (IO) related technical services to the government. These services shall be provided in response to specific requirements identified by the customer through requests for services formally issued on orders by the contracting officer. The purpose of these services will be to provide technical assistance to JIOC IO efforts in response to needs identified by operational field commanders. In addition, JIOC also provides Modeling and Simulation and Training Simulations through the use of war game trainingsimulation based upon constructive, interactive, and virtual simulations. The prospective contractors shall have access to a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) for development, processing, and storage of classified software, hardware, and documentation, and appropriate personnel cleared to Top Secret/SCI.
