Fort Drum is interested in obtaining quotes to produce the Civilian Enterprise (CE) Post Guide for Fort Drum, New York. The CE Post Guide is required annually and the first publication is required within 150 calendar days of contract award. The contract term will be for two years with 2 two-year option periods. The Contractor shall provide all items necessary to print and distribute the CE Post Guide, published under the provisions of Army Regulation 360-81 AT NO COST TO THE GOVERNMENT. The revenue, which the contractor receives from the sale of advertisements in Fort Drum's CE Post Guide, shall constitute full payment for services to the Government. Fort Drum will select the successful offeror by evaluating the reputation, proven ability, and proposed level of resourcing to be made available to improve/enhance the Installation's CE Post Guide's, appearance, layout, quality, distribution, and photo reproduction within the professional standards of the industry.
