New York MTA/Bridges and Tunnels is the sole source for bridge and tunnel tolls in the New York area. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within thirty (30) days. See Note 22.
