The scope of this project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, devices and materials and perform all necessary operations to retrofit a new standing seam metal roof over an existing roof. Project also includes significant structural work, new fascia, gutter, downspouts and associated vents. Funds are not presently available for this project.
