Work will be performed at VA Outpatient Clinic, Rome, NY, and includes repointing and recaulking of masonry walls where indicated on drawings, surface preparation of masonry walls and application of Tremco Decktite WDS water repellent silane sealer, repair termination bar flashing at parapet walls using either Tremco Polyroof SF sealant or aluminum parapet cap. All Tremco products will be Government-furnished. The VA is seeking qualified firms with the capacity and capability to perform this type of work. Experience with Tremco products is preferred. Cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000 and SIC Code 1741 applies.
