59 -- CONSOLIDATED AUTOMATED SUPPORT SYSTEM ELECTRO-OPTICS SOL N00019-99-C-1240 POC Contact Ben Fulton, 301-757-6884/Contracting Officer, Rene Thompson, 301-757-6911 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole-source Firm-fixed price modification to contract number N00019-99-C-1240 with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Electronics & Systems Integration Division, 600 Hicks Road, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008, to increase the quantity of Consolidated Automated Support System Electro-optics+ (CASS EO+) stations by one unit for a Foreign Military Sale (FMS). Accordingly the contract's maximum quantity will increase from 34 units to 35 units. The unit will be delivered during calendar year 2001. Northrop Grumman Corporation is the manufacturer of the EO+ station and is, therefore, the only known firm to fulfill the requirement.
