The above requirements is to upgrade an existing government owned Hewlett Packard 8510C Network Analyzer. The upgrade is to double the frequency range of the system. This will replace approximately one half of the 8510 pieces that currently comprise the system and must be compatible with the original system controller. The Army Research Laboratory has found no other source and this instrument upgraden is not know to exist anywhere else.
