DESC: The Directorate of Business Services, Contracting intends to non-competitively issue to the GSA Contractor who was awarded the contract for a pneumatic 35 meter CPQC Range, Camp Parks, Dublin, CA, an award for a fully functional/compatible ATI range tower. This award will be a fixed price purchase order. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR 13 and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ) under DAKF61-00-Q-0067. This request for quotations and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. A fixed price purchase order is anticipated for one (1) line item. CLIN 0001, fully compatible ATI range tower, to include furnishings, heat/air conditioning, must be environmentally sound, and must be compatible with the pneumatic 35 meter CPQC range provided by Action Target, Provo, UT. Quantity 1 Ea. Tower must be complete and operational by 31 October 2000, tower will be located at Camp Parks, Dublin, CA.
