The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona, intends to negotiate and award to the Directorate of Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR), a non-appropriated funds activity at USAYPG to provide full food services for enlisted military personnel stationed at USAYPG. MWR has the only full service food facilities at USAYPG, therefore the dinning facilities must be in close proximity to living quarters and place of duty. The anticipated contract performance period is a base year with three (3) one-year option periods. This acquisition will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), FAR Part 13. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5812 with a Size Standard of $15.0 Mil.
