The minimum contractor qualifications include, but are not limited to: ability to obtain ATF security clearances; extensive knowledge of the law enforcement and inspector positions; extensive ability to write and develop critical job factors for inspectors and law enforcement positions; knowledge and ability to set pay; knowledge of Law Enforcement Availability Pay (LEAP); familiarity with the Bureau of ATF structure.
