ACCESS BADGE FABIRCATION SYSTEM, The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract to Quintron Systems to provide a badge fabrication system. The system shall be installed at five locations. The systems shall be compatible with the Quintron Confirm Access System. All responses should reference solicitation MDA908-00-R-0030. Interested parties have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualification/ capabilities. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis. Responses received without the requested information may be considered non-responsive to the synopsis. Oral communications are not accepted.
