Text and fold-in pages print in up to seven colors plus varnish. Pamphlet is Wire-O bound. Binding can be subcontracted. Other required items to be produced/printed which can be subcontracted are: Clear vinyl pouches to hold a video and a t-shirt, replication of video tapes, production of video tape boxes, printing of video tape labels, a poster, a small printed card and various decals and stickers. Items produced by the contractor plus Government furnished t-shirts, folders, and magazines must be inserted by the contractor into Government furnished binders. Deliver 1,500 sets by September 13, 2000. Ship 75,000 binder sets by September 29, 2000, and ship balance of binder sets by October 20, 2000.
