The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, and transportation to perform Renovate Station Gym, located at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, SC. The project includes, but not limited to renovation of the gymnasium with new HVAC, lighting and finishes, for Building 111 and incidental related work. Also includes the abatement of lead based paint and asbestos containing building materials. The SIC Code is 1542. The size standard is $27,500,000.00. The estimated range for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The estimated time for completion is 315 calendar days. The estimated solicitation release date is 7 August 2000. The estimated due date for receipt of bids is 7 September 2000. The Government intends on issuing the solicitation through the use of the Internet only.
