Contractor to provide all equipment, material, labor, transportation and supervision necessary to remove an existing breathing air assembly consisting of one tank-mounted duplex oil-less compressor package, one floor-mounted single oil-less compressor package, one regenerative air dryer with carbon monoxide removal package, and wall-mounted control system at Building 922. Furnish and install oil-lubricated, electric-motor-driven compressors for an industrial duty breathing air system in strict accordance with the statement of work under Project NUEX 00-1409. All removed equipment will be turned over to Luke AFB through the Contracting Officer or his representative. The magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The performance period will be 60 calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This project is being set-aside as a HUBZONE Set-Aside. A mandatory pre-proposal site visit will be conducted, allowing offerors the opportunity to visit the site and verify all existingsite conditions. All prospective offerors will meet at the Contracting Office, Building 26, 14100 W. Eagle St., Luke AFB, AZ. (time and date to be announced via the EPS website) prior to proceeding to site location.
