Cooper, Contract Specialist, 317-554-0047 Contractor to furnish all necessary tools, equipment, material, and labor necessary to construct a new 5800 GSF steel structure atop an existing one story concrete structure. Contractor shall build the new structure in compliance with VA provided contract drawings and specifications. The newly constructed area consists of approximately 4500 GSF of finished office space and approximately 1300 GSF of unfinished space. Time for construction completion is 365 calendar days.
