The work shall be located at Columbus AFB, MS. All work shall be accomplished IAW statement of Work (SOW), drawings, and specifications. Performance period is for 90-days from issuance of notice to proceed (NTP). The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted solely on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) (http://www.eps.gov). Paper copies will not be provided. Contractor will be solely responsible for monitoring the internet, downloading the solicitation and amendments, and maintaining a file. You will need these specific viewers for Microsoft word (.doc), Acrobat Reader (.pdf), and Autocad Internet Format (.dwf) in order to be able to view the solicitation and related documents.
