Please note, if evaluation of a source approval request submitted hereunder cannot be processed in time and/ or approval requirements preclude the ability to obtain subject items in time to meet government requirements, award of the subject requirement may continue based on Fleet support needs. This requirement is for a three year indefinite quantity contract consisting of one base year and two one year options. The requirement is for repair of various items supporting the AH-1W aircraft. The quantity shown above is an estimate of the total three year repair requirement. In addition, there are also thirteen other items to be repaired under this proposed contract. Due to the extensive repair qualification process in order to demonstrate repair capabilities, only Bell Helicopter Textron will be solicited since they are currently the only qualified source for repair.
