The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has a requirement for the purchase, delivery, and installation of new laundry equipment for the VA Medical Center, Waco, Texas. This equipment consists of a quantity of two 400-pound Gas Drying and Conditioning Tumblers, two External Automated Lint Collectors with Heat Recovery System, and Training. The above capacities are stated at a minimum and additional requirements and specifications for the new equipment will be stated in the solicitation. A SITE VISIT by Offerors is necessary to assess installation for the new equipment and the trade-in value of the existing equipment. Delivery and installation of the equipment shall be completed within 120-days after receipt of a notice to proceed. This procurement shall be 100% set-aside for small business.
