The exhaust fans have inadequate capacity. A new air mixing chamber in the outside air vault must be constructed. A damper and filter panel must be moved and re-installed. The estimated price range for the effort is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The delivery schedule is negotiable. The solicitation will be issued by 31 July 2000.
