The General Services Administration intends to issue a contract to SteelPoint Technologies under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 6TSA-00-JMT-0114. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-42. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is to provide Support & Technical services using IntroSpect software, upgrades, updates, patches and all major & minor releases for 1 year; IntropSpect GOLD user & administrator 24/7 telephone & electrical support from SteelPoint specialists for IntroSpect software for 1 year; CIRT/TSSAM Litigation Support Center Upgrades. All personnel shall have a Secret /SAR Clearance. The contractor shall strictly comply with all applicable security regulation in performance of theduties. This procurement is for Wright -- Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
