These frames should be designed with outer dimensions of 84 inches x 45.5 inches x 32.7 inches. The frames should be designed for railroad, sea, and air transport and secure a payload of up to 2000 lb. Each shelf can carry 500-lb evenly distributed payload. The frames must have the ability to be lifted by forklift or crane with a single apex sling assembly with a minimum sling leg length of 2.3m (8 ft). The fully loaded frame can be stacked on top of each other and locked for mobile loading, even if the front covers are removed.
