The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Jacksonville, FL is seeking proposals for the performance of personal property services. Services include: entitlement counseling, inbound/outbound move management, non-temporary storage management, and all other functions associated with the transportation of personal property. The performance period includes a base year and four each one-year option periods. The following activities are included: NAS Pensacola FL, NATTC Pensacola FL, NTTC Corry Station FL, and NAS Whiting Field FL. Proposals are being sought for an OMB Circular A76 cost comparison study. The purpose of the study is to determine the most efficient and cost effective method of providing personal property services. In accordance with OMB Circular A76, the offer determined to represent the best value to the Government will be compared to the Government's proposal to perform the above services. Commercial proposals will not result in a contract if Government performance is determined to be more advantageous. The solicitation resulting from this announcement will be available to interested parties via the FISC Jacksonville website at http://www.jax.fisc.navy.mil.
