The Program Support Center on behalf of Office of Public Health and Science intends to award a simplified acquisition on a sole source basis to Educational Services Inc., Washington, Dc 20016. The basis for this requirement is: The Contractor shall develop an action plan on Young Women's Health in the broader context of Women's Health. This action plan shall help guide future efforts and provide a forum for articulating, developing, and implementing Young Women's Health research, services, and education within the Office on Women's Health. The action plan shall be based on (1) recommendations from the Young Women's Health Steering Committee, (2) literature of current research and recommendations for improving Young Women's Health, and (3) review of current government programs and initiatives whose goal is to improve Young Women's Health. The proposed simplified acquisition is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. No solicitation will be issued.
