NAVSEA Indian Head Division has a requirement is for Engineering, Analytical and Technical Services to support the Navy and various DOD and non-DOD customers. These services include engineering, development, operational demonstration, modeling and simulation, acquisition and program management, test and evaluation, and integrated logistics support services in the areas of aviation and other training simulation and weapon systems and subsystems. This will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Level of Effort Completion Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract for one base year (NTE 365 days) and two option years (NTE 365 days each). This will be a single award "best value" procurement. The evaluation factors in the order of their importance are: Offeror Submission, Offeror Capability and Price or Estimated Cost and Fee. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The SIC code is 8711; the small business size standard is $20 million. The FSC class is R425.
