SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston is soliciting information from potential sources for Program Technical Support Services to include engineering and technical support, management support, Integrated Logistic and Maintenance support, depot, overhaul, training and engineering support services. The Relocatable Over the Horizon Radar (ROTHR) has been used by the Navy since 1984. The contractor must possess a detailed knowledge of ROTHR systems/equipment operations, maintenance and repair at all levels. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract is anticipated with a base period of one year with options to extend the term of the contract for an additional four one-year periods. Firms possessing a minimum of five years experience with designing, upgrading, maintaining and installing modifications to large scale OTH radars are invited to submit appropriate documentation, literature, brochures and references to support that they possess the required specialized experience. Responses must include the following: (1) name andaddress of firm, (2) size of business: average annual revenue for past 3 years and number of employees, (3) ownership: Large, Small, Small Disadvantage, 8(a), Hubzone and/or Woman-Owned; (4)number of years in business: (5) two points of contact: name, title, phone, fax and email; (f) DUNS Number (if available); (g) affiliate information: parent corporation, (h) a list of customers covering the past five years: highlight relevant work including a summary of work performed, contract number, contract type, dollar value for each customer reference and customer point of contact with phone number.
