All proposal forms and specifications are on file in the DISTRICT administrative office and are available for inspection during normal business hours. Specifications, forms, and the terms and conditions for bidding may be obtained from Ms. LaVetta Berry, DISTRICT administrative office, (618) 874-7433. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for Wednesday August 2, 2000 at 10:00 AM, CDT, at the address below. The right is reserved to accept any proposal or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all proposals. Acceptance of any proposal is subject to concurrence by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and the United States Department of Transportation (DOT). Any contract resulting from these proposals is subject to financial assistance contracts between the DISTRICT and the United States Department of Transportation (DOT), and the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT).
