The Monongahela National Forest anticipates contracting the Summit Lake Fishing Pier and Dock, on the Gauley Ranger District, Greenbrier County, West Virinia. The project includes the demolition of the existing wooden dock and walkway, excavation and backfill, timber retaining wall, and concrete foundation piers for a 455 square foot dock and 1727 square foot wooden fishing pier. The work includes the concrete piers for the dock and fishing pier only. There is also an additive item for concrete foundation piers for an additional 309 square feet of fishing pier if available funding permits award. The Contract time is 60 calendar days and it is anticipated that work will begin in September. The Contract Estimate is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
