The IFB will only be available by downloading all documents from the EPS. Solicitation F30602-00-B-5003 is being issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). Construction Contracting Services include providing all labor, equipment, tools, devices, materials, supervision, transportation and any other items required to perform all work required to "Alter Fire Protection System, Bldg. 3" in accordance with the Statement of Work, Drawings and Davis-Bacon Wage Rates. The performance period for this firm fixed price requirement will be 260 calendar days. The Magnitude of Construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All responsive, responsible sources may submit a bid which, if timely received, shall be considered by this agency.
