Construction Contracting Services include providing all labor, equipment, tools, devices, materials, supervision, transportation and any other items required to perform all work required to "Repair Sprinkler Riser, Bldg. 2, 3, 104 and 106 and Provide Backflow Prevention Devices" in accordance with the Statement of Work, Drawings and prevailing Davis-Bacon Wage Rates. The performance period for this firm fixed price requirement will be 210 calendar days. The Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsive, responsible sources may submit a bid which, if timely received, shall be considered by this agency.
