Work includes: 1)Replacing electrical service entrance, power panel, and service panels; 2)Replacing/relocating/modifing windows and doors; 3)Repairing/replacing ceilings, walls and carpeting; 4)Modifing the existing HVAC duct system; 5)Replacing the water cooler; 6)Adding additional office area in the existing warehouse adjacent to the office area. This will include new walls, ceilings, carpet, fire protection system, HVAC system, electrical lights and outlets; 7)Relocating/modifing the existing guardrail system located on the south wall.
