Army Installation Business Office-Contracting, has a requirement for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, consultant services, transportation and all other items necessary to renovate lobby and corridors; second floor and first floor carpet replacement of Moon Hall located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Scope of work includes Architectural work and Electrical Work. Estimated range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The proposed requirement is set aside for qualified HUBZone small business concerns certified by Small Business Administration. Bid opening date and time will be included in the solicitation. For determining business size on this project, the Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1522 and to be considered small business under this code, average annual receipts for a firm and its affiliates for the past three fiscal years must not exceed $27.5 million. The FSC/Service Code is Z199. Contractors wishing to do business with the Government must be registered in the CCR for any awards resulting from solicitations issued after 1 June 1998 or the contractor will not be eligible for award.
