The project includes but is not strictly limited to determine the condition of the fire suppression sprinkler system piping in the three (3) warehouses on the subject site, perform any required upgrading, and execute pressure tests of said systems. The review and upgrading of these piping systems shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, blowing out debris from all lines and installation of any new, replacement sprinkler heads, isolation valves, caps and/or any other components required to bring the systems to a fully operational status in compliance with latest applicable codes, as well as conducting and successful completion of pressure testing. The estimated price range for this project is between $200,000.00 and $225,000.00. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1542. This procurement is set aside for Small Businesses only.
