Furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment to perform all work in strict accordance with specifications, schedules, and drawings forming parts thereof for the reroofing of buildings 361, 362, 135 and 136 at the Anniston Army Depot. In general, the work consists of removal of approximately 5,500 SQ old roofing materials, and installation of 7000 SQ of new EPDM roofing, 21,500 SF new metal roofing, 430,000 SF new insulation, 38,000 SF new decking materials and 16,125 SF new gutters and downspouts. This project is restricted to Small Business Administration eligible 8(a) firms nationwide. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1761. The Small Business Size is $7.0 million (average annual receipts for preceding three years). Estimated magnitude of this project is between $1 million and $5 million. Contract schedule will consist of three (3) Contract Line Items (CLINs). This requirement is subject to availability of funds. Award of each CLIN will be contingent on availibility of funds. The government is not obligated to award all CLINs. Only one award will be made. Award will be based on total bids for all CLINs. Completion time for each CLIN will be as specified in the solicitation with total completion time for the 3 CLINs not to exceed 1095 days. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
