The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure four additional USQ-113(V)3 Radio Counter Measure Sets, from Sanders, a Lockheed Martin Company, Nashua, NH 03061-0868 on a sole source basis. This additional requirement from the EA-6B Reserve Community will be placed under an existing contract with Sanders/ Lockheed. Sanders/Lockheed is the designer, developer and sole producer of the USQ-113(V)3 Radio Countermeasures Set. The Government does not own the technical data package required to compete this effort.
