This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside under Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 3661 having 1000 or less employees. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001 is for 184 EA Nortel Meridian Modular M2616 performance-plus telephones with display, line powered, ash, NSN/Mfr. Part No. NT9K16AC35, new/unused phones, not remanufactured. CLIN 0002 is for 150 EA Nortel Meridian M2216 ACD digital telephones, line powered, ash, NSN/Mfr. Part No. NT2K18GH35, new/unused, not remanufactured. CLIN 0003 is for 150 EA ACS Orator Monaural Headsets, NSN/Mfr. Part No. 732-4100-02. CLIN 0004 is for 150 EA ACS Applica Universal Modular Amplifier, NSN/Mfr. Part No. 752-1760-02. CLIN 0005 is for 21 EA Nortel Digital Line Cards for Meridian 1 Option 81C, Part No. NT8D02. CLIN 0001 & 0002 shall have a 1 YEAR warranty with advanced replacement. Quotes shall include costs for all items to be shipped to the Bureau of the Census, National Processing Center, Receiving Section in 60F, 1201 East Tenth Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana, 47132. Offerors shall advise of their quickest delivery capabilities.
