This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information provided in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A proposal is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F22600-00-R0125 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Standard Industrial Code is 3621; small business standard is 500 employees. Type of set aside: None. The incorporated document provisions and clauses are to be in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18, Part 2. This requirement is for the following item: Item 0001: Frequency Converter, power rating 15kVA output at 0.8 power factor; Electrical Input: Voltage 208 +/- 10%, 3 phase, frequency 60 Hz, +/- 5%, power factor 0.9 at full load and nominal input; Input total current distortion 35% (THD) of full rated input current; Electrical output: 120/208 Volts +/- 1%, 3 phase 400 Hz PF limits 0.7 lag and 0.9 lead; Frequency (nominal) 400 Hz +/- .05%; Overload Capacity 400Hz +/- .05%/110% for 60 min/125% for 10 min/150% for 2 min/200% for 20 sec/300% for 6 sec; Model No. DFGA 2015208 or equivalent. Delivery terms shall be FOB destination, with deliver 60 days after award, and shall be delivered to 403d Logistics Group, Building 4205, Keesler AFB, MS, 39534. Inspection and acceptance shall be made at destination. All Provisions and Clauses cited apply to this acquisition and are hereby incorporated by reference, and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order.
