The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a class of cost plus fixed fee delivery orders under NAVAIR Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number N00019-98-G-0084 for the procurement of fatigue analyses for extending the operational life of the F-14 aircraft. These efforts will also require the delivery of technical data associated with the fatigue analyses. NAVAIR intends to negotiate these delivery orders on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman Corporation MASD Baltimore Site, P.O. Box 1693, M/S 1654, Baltimore, MD 21203-1693.
