The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment, Washington DC intends to negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price contract to Butterfield/TISCOR Inc. of Poway, CA for software support maintenance and technical field support for the existing BIOFACS biomedical engineering program on the behalf of the Naval Medical Information Management Center in Bethesda, MD. This contract will consist of a base year and four one year option periods. The FAR clauses 52-217-9 "Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (MAR 1989) and 52.217-8 "Option to Extend Services" (AUG 1989) will be included.
