The Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia is seeking a qualified individual or organization for the purpose of providing the services of a Roman Catholic Priest to the female inmates at this facility. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Non-Personal Services Requirements contract that includes One Base year and the Government's unilateral right to exercise four, twelve month option periods. The scheduling will normally consist of one (1) session per week not to exceed three hours (3) per week, with an additional 6, 1.5 hour holy day sessions and 1, 3 hour session on Good Friday. It is estimated that a total of 59 sessions will be required for each 12 month term during this contract. The contractor will provide for regular ceremonial opportunities for the inmates as required by the teachings of the Roman Catholic faith. These opportunities may be provided in person or where necessary and permitted by the teachings of the Roman Catholic faith, by training and designating inmates to perform particular ceremonial functions.
