The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, and do all things necessary to maintain emergency diesel generators in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and Technical Exhibits furnished with the solicitation. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following work: Perform scheduled inspections, testing, and at least one routine preventive maintenance inspection and repair per piece of equipment per month, and emergency repair when necessary for emergency diesel generators, located on Fort Richardson, Alaska. Furnish, maintain, and make available for examination, records that are detailed, complete and accurate. Test each system to verify operation within the manufacturer's specifications and requirements. Furnish and maintain a toll-free telephone answering service or radio dispatch system. Obtain current manuals available from the manufacturer of the equipment. Contractor shall be reimbursed for the cost of all parts furnished when performing maintenance and repair of the equipment specified; shall be reimbursed for emergency services ordered.
