The Program Support Center on behalf of the Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) intends to award a simplified acquisition on a sole source basis to The National Association of Mental Health Planning and Advisory Councils (NAMHPAC), Alexandria Virginia. The basis for this requirement is: The contractor shall translate and disseminate selected CMHS Knowledge Development and Application (KDA)products into brief, easy to understand documents tailored specifically to the needs of state planning and advisory council members. Track changes in planning council membership and provide knowledge products and follow-up to new council members as they begin their tenure. Engage Planning and Advisory Councils in discussions on the selected topics to heighten the prospects of this information being used. The proposed simplified acquisition is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1.
