The work area covered by the specifications is approximately 2 acres. Services required under this contract include, but are not limited to: mowing, mulching, trimming, fertilizing and weed control. Period of Performance will be October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001 with four one-year options. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
